When using artistic expressions, whether produced locally, regionally, or nationally, for decoration, they will be utilized responsibly, considering the following guidelines:
- Identify and learn about the tangible and intangible assets of the destination being marketed by the travel agency (such as local gastronomy, artistic and folkloric expressions, ancestral knowledge, cosmology, languages, dialects, souvenirs, military buildings, educational buildings, public institutions, museums, historical sites, and other cultural assets).
- Use artistic expressions from the marketed destinations, ensuring clear identification and messages about their origins.
- Avoid using artistic expressions from the marketed destinations when the origins are unknown.
- Avoid messages that may create confusion or distort the true origins of artistic expressions.
- Promote the purchase and consumption of goods and services produced and marketed by the local community of the marketed destinations.
- Promote the purchase and consumption of goods and services produced and marketed by vulnerable populations of the marketed destinations.
- Prefer virtual promotion methods, and in the case of printed materials, use paper with environmentally friendly or recycled components.
